Perfect packable backpackThis just came in and I love it already. I can hook my trekking pole, it folds up nicely (I haven’t mastered putting it in its pocket yet but that’s ok), it only weighs 15 ounces, plenty of storage, the mesh backing will be great for hot days, and chest strap feels great.

Nice size, not sure I will be able to get it folded and back into the internal storage pouch which is part of the bag. Not a bright green but a dusky olive green. ( ugly) Like the straps and storage for phone on strap. Not to big and will be perfect for hiking. LIghtweight….

Eureka! I love this backpack! (★★★★★ 5)
I am traveling to Turkey and have been on the hunt for a daypack. This is the fifth backpack I have ordered and by far the best. Here's why:1) As a female, the chest strap is adjustable so that I can put it higher than my chest;2) The straps don't curve in awkwardly;3) It's small enough to fit the strictest international airlines personal size;4) But...it also packs up small, so I can stuff it inside of my carry on or a bigger personal item and still bring it to use as a daypack;5) It has a mesh back, which though it still lays against your back, is better than a bag without that feature to help prevent a sweaty back;6) That mesh back is also cushiony, so I don't feel whatever is stuffed inside the bag;7) The straps are cushiony, so the whole thing feels comfortable;8) The zipper pouch for folding it up into can be reversed, so it it works as an inside zipper pouch for safekeeping items;9) It has side pockets for water bottles, which I like for ease of reaching and to prevent water leaking on things inside;10) It's a FANTASTIC price! :)The only con so far is that I don't like the pouches on the straps, but that is not their fault since it is clearly advertised that they have these. It weighs the straps down/makes them a little clunky. Also, the right one has a pull cord and when that is pulled taut the little cord sticks out straight, I don't like that aesthetically. They both seem too small to hold an iphone, though I haven't tried. I also don't like that the front clip part is bright orange when the rest of the bag is black, but that's visible in the picture, so not a real "con." I'm hoping that the zippers hold up, since that's a complaint I've read on a lot of other bags. If anything changes after my trip, I'll update this later in May 2026.
